Perfect Airbnb, had all the essentials that we needed. Marilyn and her assistant Mary were great. Communication was fantastic and the hosts made sure everything was going well with our vacation. I would highly recommend!

Marilyn was very helpful arranging transport between the airport and ferry port. Our driver even stopped so we could exchange our cash for smaller denominations at the bank (long lines, but he knew someone…we were done in a flash!). Mary met us at the ferry with our rental car, brought us to the house, made sure we knew where everything was, and even escorted us to a local store and liquor store to stock up. The house was comfortable most of the time. The front porch was a wondeful place to relax, with a nice breeze all day long. The living area was very nice, well set up and furninture very comfortable. Without air conditioning in that area it did get quite warm – a portable room fan would be helpful, especially when it rains and the porch can’t be used. Once the porch roof is finished it will be perfect. The bed was FABULOUSLY comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens etc. She checked in with us frequently but not intrusively – perfect. My stay at Marilyn’s was just what I needed. The price was right for what it was. That’s why I give it a solid five stars. Communication was tough because my phone didn’t work as well off Wi-Fi as on, so we couldn’t communicate while I was in transit. I was able to piece everything together, get checked in fine, and it worked out well. If the cost was much more, I think there would be a few details that would need to be dialed in, but again, it was perfect for what it was. I loved being able to walk to the beach, Barracudas Restaurant and Bar was an option, and just a very quiet and peaceful area. 🙂
We enjoyed staying here. It was a good home-base as we explored North Caicos mainly with our rental car. A beautiful beach is a short walk from the unit – many conch washed a shore which was neat to see. Loved meals&drinks (conch fritters / rum punch or $5 tasty local beer) at Barracuda Bar which is also really close by. And we really enjoyed the Friday night BBQ at My Dees restaurant – it was the one thing to do all week, so the place to be. This AirBnB was clean, had filtered water, was a short walk to a grocery store which was really handy, supplied enough beach&bath towels which was appreciated, wifi worked perfectly, needed the aircon is the bdrm and beach chairs were available. Things to keep in mind – mosquitos/noseeums bite all day (not just at night), the North/Middle island grocery stores have limited fresh produce/meat so we did a stop on Provo before going to the ferry from the airport, critters are expected on an island and you need to be mindful of water usage (pressure).

The perfect home away from home get away. Locora and Mary were very professional and efficient. Our home was warm and very comfortable. As we came off the boat Locora was there to greet us and before we left the home Mary was there to see us off. I enjoy staying here when busing North Caicos and look forward to my future stay.
Overall I had an awesome experience! The house was well taken care of, beautiful and spacious. The fact that a vehicle came with the house was a plus!

A very comfortable home for a central base to all of North and Middle Caicos.
This place is good value for the money. Centrally located and close to restaurants and Grocery store. Quiet location. The beds need to be updated which I passed on to the host and she was receptive to the suggestion. Great host and house manager who respond quickly. I would stay there again.
We stayed at the Leeward villa with a group of 12 longtime friends and had a blast. It was perfect for this setting and the amount of rooms/bathrooms made it the best fit for us. The groceries stores and beaches are a close drive, but probably not the best for walking. The pool is huge and so nice to have on property. The views are BEAUTIFUL. Laundry and stocked kitchen supplies were exactly what we needed. The check-in process was so easy and Jhun and Kathy were both very helpful. We had some issues with bugs/mosquitos which is common towards this time of year and on the island so I would definitely recommend spraying bug spray throughout the day and night but the property explained this in the information provided to you. We felt safe in this neighborhood and would definitely come back. Rental car suggested. Biking up the hill is a little difficult.
Many thanks Kathy for hosting us. This residence is expansive, it takes a solid day of exploring not to get lost!! We had a fabulous time with 6 couples. Kathy was responsive from our first inquiry all the way through the trip. She helped us find amazing things to do and eat! Jhun was also excellent and very responsive to our needs, from touring us to recommendations for events and places. Just a wonderful time all around!
This is an awesome rental with a perfect location and huge pool. Our group of 7 was pleasantly surprised with the rooms and space… don’t let the rocky road to the house fool you- this was the best vacation/memories our family has ever enjoyed!! The owner and the staff were very helpful during the stay and offer a wealth of knowledge about the island and things to do. Thank you Kathy for opening the villa up to us we can’t wait to come back!
Great property. Beautiful as advertised.The manager and owner very helpful. Recently renovated. Not quite completed. Couple of bedrooms lack hanging closet..
Love this villa it was exactly like the pictures it was a bit hot in the living area but we stayed outside for the most part. So it worked out fine.

The eight bedroom villa was a perfect fit for our family of 21 (13 adults 8 grandchildren). We have the unit from December 22-29. Some of our children arrived before us. Management was very helpful in getting them oriented to the unit. Manager was also very helpful in recommending car rental agencies. (Service from Grace Bay auto rental was excellent). The pool was an excellent resource for our grand children and adults. The island is quite small, so it was easy to access beaches and restaurants from our villa’s location. The beaches are wonderful and allow easy access to reefs for snorkeling.
We had a super week at this location. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Lots of room to spread out. Beautiful pool area. First time in Turks and Caicos. Hope to return.
The property and owners are AMAZING. We booked this property for my 50th birthday. We had 7 couples and stayed at this property for 6 nights. The property is spacious and the kitchen and living space was perfect for us. Very large pool and deck which provided for an amazing setting for my boyfriend (now fiance) to set up for an unbelievable proposal!! The owners also assisted him before we arrived . Great location. We would definitely stay at this property again.
